These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of delroseawards.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services from Delrose Awards (“Delrose Awards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 126 W. Ridge St., Lansford, PA 18232. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services
Delrose Awards offers engraving, trophies, plaques, medals, recognition awards, mugs, anthracite coal crafts, woodworking, cutting boards, full color finishes, Braille signage, and other personalized and custom products. Product images on the Site are examples only. Because many of our items are handmade or made from natural materials, finished products may vary from photos.

2. Placing an Order
Orders may be placed by phone, in store, or by submitting our contact form with as much detail as possible. An order is not confirmed until we have reviewed your request and agreed on the details and price. If we have questions, we will contact you before starting work.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that contain inaccurate information, pricing errors, or content we are not willing to produce.

3. Customer Responsibility for Order Details
You are responsible for providing accurate information for your order, including names, dates, spelling, wording, logos, and layout instructions. Please review all details carefully. If a proof is provided, your approval of the proof confirms that the content is correct. We are not responsible for errors in content that you provided or approved.

4. Customer Supplied Content
By submitting logos, artwork, photos, text, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or other right of any person. You agree to hold Delrose Awards harmless from any claims arising from content you provide. We may decline any content we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing.

5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted at the time of order and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is accepted by cash or credit card in store through our secure system, or by credit card over the phone. We do not store card information in our database. Deposits or full payment may be required before work begins on custom orders.

6. Production Time
Any production timeframe we provide is an estimate. Timing may be affected by order size, material availability, proof approval, and supplier delays. If you have a firm deadline, please let us know when you place your order so we can confirm whether it can be met.

7. Shipping and Pickup
Orders may be picked up at our Lansford location or shipped. Shipping costs are calculated through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited shipping is available on request at additional cost. Delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed by Delrose Awards. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, but we will help you file a claim for lost or damaged packages when possible.

8. Returns, Remakes, and Refunds
Because our products are personalized and made to order, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we make a mistake on your item, we will accept the return within 2 weeks of your purchase. At your choice, we will either issue a full refund or remake the item. To request a return or remake, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Returns and remakes do not apply to:

Errors in information you provided or approved
Natural variations in wood grain, coal, or other natural materials
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
Requests made more than 2 weeks after purchase

9. Product Care and Use
Woodworking and cutting boards: Wood products should be hand washed and dried promptly. Do not soak them or place them in a dishwasher. Occasional oiling with a food safe oil is recommended.

Coal crafts: Anthracite coal pieces are decorative items. Handle with care, as coal can chip and may leave residue. They are not intended for children to play with.

Braille and ADA signage: We produce signage to the specifications you provide. You are responsible for confirming that your signage meets the accessibility codes and regulations that apply to your location.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and designs created by Delrose Awards, belongs to Delrose Awards or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Original designs we create for your order remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

11. Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the Site’s operation.

12. Third Party Links
The Site may contain links to third party websites, including Facebook and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delrose Awards makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delrose Awards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, or the nearest federal district court.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
